Svcs.\nHOURS PER WEEK: 40\nSALARY RANGE: $75-81K\nPOSITION SUMMARY:\nThe Victim Services Program Supervisor oversees daily operations of Victim Services Programs, directly supervises staff, interns, and volunteers, and ensures contract compliance, quality assurance, and timely service delivery. The role will also provide direct client services and support.\nDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\nManage day-to-day program operations.\nProvide direct services to program clients as needed, which may include maintaining a small caseload, facilitating groups, conducting intakes/assessments, safety planning, advocacy, referrals, and other service supports.\nEnsure contract compliance and quality assurance.\nSupervise, coach, and support staff, interns, and volunteers.\nSupport staff onboarding, training, scheduling, and day-to-day guidance to ensure consistent service delivery.\nPrepare and complete required program reports and documentation, including invoices, billing, monthly client outcome reports, and other funder-required reports.\nPrepare for and facilitate internal and external audits/site visits.\nMonitor caseloads and productivity.\nReview staff documentation and ensure client records are accurate, complete, timely, and maintained in accordance with agency, funder, quality assurance, and confidentiality requirements.\nCoordinate service delivery, referrals, and client flow to support timely and appropriate services.\nProvide program and didactic training.\nAssist with grant proposals and renewals.\nEnsure agency and program policy compliance.\nCollaborate with stakeholders and agencies.\nMonitor program budget and fiscal documentation.\nConduct performance evaluations.\nAddress staff performance concerns in collaboration with leadership and support corrective follow-up as needed.\nAttend agency-wide, program and other community meetings.\nProvide direct client services and support as needed.\nEnsure that legal and ethical standards are met for clients.\nParticipate in case reviews and consultations.\nIf licensed, provide clinical guidance and supervision of staff and interns.\nPerform related duties as assigned.\nKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:\nKnowledge of trauma-informed, survivor-centered, and culturally responsive practices, including safety planning, confidentiality, mandated reporting, and advocacy for victims of crime.\nKnowledge of risk factors affecting victims of crime.\nFamiliarity with domestic violence, child abuse, and other forms of victimization.\nUnderstanding the criminal justice system is beneficial.\nStrong communication, writing and organizational skills.\nAbility to exercise independent judgment.\nBilingual (English/Spanish) is highly desirable.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office applications, electronic records/databases, email, and online meeting platforms.\nEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:\nMinimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Criminal Justice, Human Services, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Public Administration, Public Policy, or related field required; equivalent experience in victim services, advocacy, or program management may be considered.\nMaster’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field preferred.\nMinimum of two years of experience providing direct services, advocacy, case management, or related support to diverse, low-income, and/or underserved clients.\nMinimum of two years of experience supervising staff and overseeing domestic violence case management services required.\nFamiliarity with community resources and experience working with diverse and historically underserved communities, including people of color, LGBTQ+ individuals, male victims, immigrants, and limited-English-speaking clients.\nExperience working with victims of crime, domestic violence, and/or individuals impacted by trauma.\nLICENSING/CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:\nDaily driving is required. Must provide own vehicle, valid California Driver’s License and proof of full insurance coverage.\nForty (40) Hour Domestic Violence certification, highly desired.\nNegative tuberculosis screen (required).\nWe require the selected candidate to undergo a criminal background check using the Live Scan fingerprinting method in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.\nWORK ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL DEMANDS:\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job or that an employee encounters while performing the essential function of this job.\nWork in moderate noise levels and non-smoking environment\nAbility to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds independently\nFrequently involves sitting, standing, walking, squatting, bending, and climbing stairs (as needed)\nOccasionally may be required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl\nMust be able to speak and hear clearly to communicate effectively\nConstantly operates a computer, keyboard, and other various office machinery\nMajority of job duties are performed onsite; however, visits to different sites may be required\nIn compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), reasonable accommodations may be made to qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.\nCOMPENSATION:\nIn accordance with California law, the expected pay range for this position is posted with this position.
