Apply now and schedule an immediate interview!· High School Diploma/GED required· Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.· Experience working in fast pace, high change environment, with limited supervision - must be a self-starter!· Able to read and write in English· Fluency in other foreign language(s) is a plus!· Set up, start up, and changeover of molds, thermolators, dryers and robots· Identify problems, solve, when possible, seek assistance when needed and report to team· Operating precision measurement equipment including using a microscope for product analysis and assisting with all aspects of product flow within the molding operations· Follow and document process parameters to ensure repeatable resultsShifts Available:· 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:20 PM· 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:20 PM· 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:20 AMSchedules follow a rotating Saturday pattern (alternating between Monday–Friday and Monday–Saturday).Note: 3rd shift training will be completed on 2nd shift for 4–6 weeks prior to transition. Pay Details: $25.00 to $35.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
