If you have a passion for scratch-made food for all, apply today!\nAs an Assistant Kitchen Manager your responsibilities would include:\nSupervises and oversees the production of food\nIn conjunction with all management, enforces compliance with all employment policies in area of responsibility\nMonitors tickets and sets the pace during peak hours\nManages through “hands on” supervision of the restaurant. This includes but is not limited to non-scheduled assistance with serving, hosting, cooking, etc.\nConducts formal line Taste and Temp checks\nEnsures proper handling, maintenance, and storage of all items\nAt the direction of Kitchen Manager, manages inventory and tracks waste\nMonitors and maintains cleanliness and proper maintenance of equipment directly or through staff\nEnsures consistency in food and service to increase sales\nUnderstands and practices safe food handling procedures\nEnsures Back of House employees are following established recipes and procedures\nCreates a safe environment and assists in developing Back of House employees\nEnsures that the cleanliness of the restaurant and safety of our guests are maintained at all times.\nMaintaining culture of the restaurant and living our core values every day; passion, integrity, partnership, and fun with purpose\nAt Bubba’s 33 we have a fun culture with flexible work schedules, discounts in our restaurants, friendly competitions, recognition, formal training, and career growth opportunities.\nWe offer a comprehensive total rewards package after 30 days of employment to Restaurant Managers that meet our benefit eligibility requirements.
