The Senior Full Stack Developer will collaborate with client stakeholders, solution architects, product owners, UX designers, platform engineers, business analysts, and cross-functional technical teams to design, build, test, and deploy resilient software solutions.\n\nThe ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with Python and JavaScript, modern web frameworks, RESTful APIs, microservices, cloud-native development, and AWS-based application delivery. Preferred experience includes Django and Vue.js, though equivalent experience with Flask, FastAPI, Falcon, SQLAlchemy, React, Svelte, Angular, or similar technologies may also be considered.\n\nResponsibilities include:\nDesigning, developing, testing, and deploying full-stack applications in an AWS cloud environment\n\nBuilding secure, scalable, and resilient software solutions using Python, JavaScript, and modern frameworks\n\nDeveloping RESTful APIs, microservices, and API-first application components\n\nSupporting modernization, migration, and enhancement of existing applications and platforms\n\nCollaborating with architects, product owners, UX designers, platform engineers, and business stakeholders\n\nCreating demonstrations, prototypes, and technical solutions to address client needs\n\nParticipating in Agile development activities, code reviews, troubleshooting, and deployment support\n\nContributing to best practices around cloud-native development, containerization, security, performance, and maintainability\n\nRequired Qualifications:\n6+ years of relevant full-stack software development experience\n\nBachelor’s degree preferred; 10 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree\n\nStrong professional experience with Python\n\nStrong professional experience with JavaScript and modern frontend development\n\nExperience developing RESTful APIs and working with microservices or API-first architectures\n\nExperience building or supporting cloud-native applications in AWS\n\nExperience with modern development practices, version control, testing, and Agile delivery\n\nAbility to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders in a remote, client-facing environment\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with Django and Vue.js\n\nExperience with Flask, FastAPI, Falcon, SQLAlchemy, React, Svelte, or Angular\n\nExperience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases\n\nExperience with Docker, Kubernetes, ECS, or other containerization/orchestration technologies\n\nExperience supporting federal, public sector, financial services, or lending-related platforms\n\nExperience with application modernization, cloud migration, or product development initiatives\n\nSystem One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
