Role Description We are seeking an experienced Project Manager for a full-time, on-site position based in Richmond, VA. The role involves overseeing paving projects from initiation to completion, managing schedules, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining effective communication with clients and team members. Additional responsibilities include coordinating logistics, monitoring project progress, conducting inspections, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols and project timelines. The Project Manager will be instrumental in driving the success of projects and maintaining strong client relationships. Qualifications Proficiency in Project Management, including planning, execution, and budget oversightExperience with Expediting and Logistics Management to ensure smooth project progress and resource allocationStrong skills in Inspection and quality assurance to maintain high standards on all projectsDemonstrated ability as an Expeditor, ensuring timely delivery of project materials and servicesExcellent communication, organizational, and leadership skillsAbility to work effectively on-site and collaborate with diverse teamsFamiliarity with safety regulations and best practices in construction and paving workBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferredRelevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) are a plus
