Key Responsibilities: Assisting in preparing wood and other materials for projects, including cutting, shaping, and sanding. Learning to operating woodworking machinery like saws, sanders, and routers under supervision Participating in the assembly of woodworking projects, including sanding, staining, and applying finishes. Following all safety protocols and procedures while working in the woodshop. Assisting with various tasks related to cabinet making, cabinet construction, or other woodworking projects. Assisting with the unloading, storage, and movement of lumber and other materials. Skills and Qualifications: Assisting with construction of cabinets Help with site cleanup, organize materials, and transport them as needed Keep hand and power tools in good working order and help with general maintenance Be able to lift heavy materials and use tools with hand-eye coordination Be a dynamic member of a team, following directions from supervisors Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $20.00 per hour Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person
