The Network Engineer will actively contribute to maintain, secure, and monitor the existing network architecture as well as to the design of the future network and its implementation.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:\n- Implementing, maintaining, supporting, developing and, in some cases designing communication networks within an organization or between organizations\n- Ensuring the integrity and high availability of our network infrastructure\n- Establishing networking environment by defining, implementing, documenting, and enforcing system standards\n- Securing network system by establishing and enforcing policies and defining and monitoring access\n- Supporting and administering firewall environments in line with IT security policy\n- Configuration of routing and switching equipment\n- Supporting NOC and on-site engineers\n- Troubleshooting and fault finding if issues arise\n- Fulfilling ad hoc tasks and projects as required by the Company\n- Contributing to the definition and implementation of project best practices and quality processes\n- Liaising with external provider when network management is outsourced\nQualifications and Experience:\n- Fundamental understanding of and hands-on experience with network technologies including but not limited to firewalls, content filters, routing/switching, VLANs, and 802.11a/b/g/n/ac wireless\n- Working Knowledge Microsoft Azure ( VNETs, NSGs, Azure Firewall, UDR, VPN, Load Balancing methods, VNet Peering and Hub-Spoke Architecture, Monitor)\n- Proven hands-on experience and expertise with Fortinet firewalls or assimilated products\n- And/or proven hands-on experience and expertise with Netscaler Load Balancers or assimilated products\n- Thorough knowledge and hands-on experience with fundamental networking protocols including TCP, STP, ARP, Ethernet, OSPF, VPN, BGP, SD-WAN, etc\n- Experience supporting or testing LANs, VLANs, WLANs, VPNs, NAT devices, &/or DHCP servers\n- Experience supporting and administering Load balancers, Proxy, reverse Proxy, Firewalls, Routers, Switches\n- Proven experience in incident management, service request management and troubleshooting using root cause analysis (RCA) techniques\n- Ability to multitask and work under pressure\n- Outstanding English languages written and verbal communication skills.\n- Outstanding customer service skills\nOPTIONAL REQUIREMENTS:\n- Experience of using ticketing systems and use of monitoring and management tools\n- Experience installing and troubleshooting WiFi networks\n- Working knowledge of public DNS zones and Global Servers Load Balancing (Traffic Manager)\n- Cloud hands-on experience (Azure)\n- Certification in Networking (e.g. CCNA, CCNP, Cisco Meraki Solutions Specialist, Juniper JNCIA)\nShare your resumes to gbva.bharadwa@etajtech.com\nPay: $80,000.00 -
