Adecco is currently assisting our client in Corry pa for a Multi?Craft Maintenance Technician is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production and facility equipment in a sheet metal fabrication environment. This role requires broad expertise across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic automation systems to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable plant operations. This is a direct hire opportunity. Pay rate is $24-$27 but is negotiable with experience. Maintenance & RepairPerform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on equipmentDiagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electromechanical failuresRead and interpret electrical schematics, hydraulic diagrams, P&IDs, and mechanical drawingsInstall, align, and rebuild industrial equipmentWork closely with operations, engineering, and maintenance planning teamsSupport production startup, changeovers, and emergency repairsSafety & ComplianceFollow all safety procedures including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), hot work, confined space, and fall protectionMaintain compliance with OSHA, plant safety standards, and environmental regulationsParticipate in safety audits, job hazard analyses, and continuous improvement initiativesContinuous ImprovementIdentify recurring equipment issues and recommend corrective actions or upgradesSupport reliability-centered maintenance initiativesDocument maintenance activities accurately in the CMMS Education & ExperienceHigh school diploma or GED required3–7+ years of multi?craft maintenance experience in steel, metal processing, or heavy manufacturingTechnical SkillsStrong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting capabilityWorking knowledge of:Industrial hydraulics and pneumaticsWelding/fabrication (MIG, Stick preferred)Bearings, lubrication systems, and alignmentBasic PLC troubleshooting experience requiredAbility to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and more with assistanceAbility to climb ladders, work at heights, and work in confined spacesAbility to stand, walk, bend, and kneel for extended periodsTolerance for heat, noise, dust, and outdoor conditionsStrong problem?solving and troubleshooting skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong work ethic and reliabilityEffective communication and documentation skills Pay Details: $24.00 to $27.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
