Directly coordinating, scheduling, and participating in work with the customer to comply with the “partnership agreement\". You will be working as part of a team who will use their knowledge to develop, operate and manage Condition Monitoring programs for John Crane's client.\nThe role of the Condition Monitoring Engineer or Specialist is to collect routine Condition Monitoring data, conduct first Line analysis and reporting, partner with the teams Engineer to capture advanced data and participate in troubleshooting.\nOperate and Develop Condition Monitoring programs for John Crane clients in conjunction with the\nLead CM Engineer.\nConduct routine Condition Monitoring surveys at our clients’ premises.\nConduct analysis of routine vibration data.\nReport Vibration and Oil Analysis results and associated corrective maintenance recommendations\nInterface with the client for the on-site delivery of Condition Monitoring services.\nConduct periodic on-site Pump Performance Testing and on-site Reporting.\nUsing a defined process calculates the cost benefit of carrying out recommendations.\nWork within the requirements of the Integrated Management System.\n\nQualifications\n\nMechanical Engineer or Mechanical Engineering Technology degree preferred and/or equivalent and relevant work experience with rotating equipment.\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required.\nVibration Analysis ISO 18436-2 Category 2, or equivalent required.\nLubrication Analysis ISO 18436-4 Category 2, or equivalent preferred.\nMinimum 2 years’ experience preferred in vibration analysis for condition monitoring of rotating equipment (pumps, compressors).\nExperience with mechanical seals a big plus.\nProficient with Computers, MS Office and specialist vibration monitoring software.\nPreferred skills such as thermography, rotor dynamics analysis, laser alignment, and electrical tests.\nExperience working in a diverse environment with a global company is a plus.\n\nAdditional Information\n\nWe believe that different perspectives and backgrounds are what make a company flourish.
