Job Description ARE YOU AWESOME?!Do sharks have a week dedicated just to you?When life gives you lemons, do you make champagne?Is your personality so magnetic you can't carry credit cards?We are looking for the MOST INTERESTING ELECTRICAL SUPERINTENDENT in the world!!Do you have charm so contagious a vaccine was created just for it?Have you found Waldo several times, but released him because you enjoy the hunt?We are looking for the MOST INTERESTING ELECTRICAL SUPERINTENDENT in the world!!This Superintendent...· Can read any blueprint or schematic· Mentors electricians, top helpers and apprentices in the NEC· Leads and motivates a team of Foremen & Leads to BE BETTER· Is the one every PM fights to have on their job because..."It's a tough job – I need the BEST!"WILL CONSIDER CANDIDATES LOCATED THROUGHOUT THE CAROLINASElectrical Superintendent Duties & Responsibilities:Act as the primary leader of field forces on a job siteDirect and manage electrician, foremen and crewsEnforce safety, quality and production standards on active job sitesCoordinate daily field operations with the Project ManagerDevelop and update the project schedules including two-week look ahead schedules. Update those schedules in tracking systemsClear communication and updates with PM's, GC, clients, internal departments and engineersMaintain accurate cost reportsElectrical Superintendent Qualifications:10+ years commercial electrical construction experienceindustry-related college degree is required; an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.Data Center/Pharmaceutical Facilities/Hospital construction experience is requiredCandidate should have experience managing others with a proven history of leading, teaching, developing and mentoring successfully. Experience in a fast-paced business environment is helpful.Experience managing projects $20M+.Open to travel (preferred)Candidate should have experience with or be able to learn project management and scheduling software.
