You will interact with clients, management, and fellow team members in the development of solutions that address the people, process, and technology needs of the customer.\n\nDuties and Responsibilities:\n\nOrganizes, directs, and coordinates the planning and production of all Contract activities, projects and support activities, including those of subcontractors\nCreates and manages project planning tools and schedules to support analysis and decision-making\nDevelops and tracks schedules, risk, and cost performance\nEstablishes corporate management structure to direct effective and efficient Contract support activities\nProvides technical direction to support staff, and effectively allocates staff resources\nDevelops and executes complex technical tasks, Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) based documentation in accordance with industry best practices and Project Management Institute (PMI®) standards\nMonitors adherence to program management guidance and directives issued on specific projects\nUsing excellent communication to negotiating and make binding decisions\n\nRequired Qualifications:\n\nBachelor’s Degree from an accredited university in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or other related discipline\nProject Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute\nAt least twelve (12) years of overall experience in project management of large scale technical projects\nDemonstrates excellent written and verbal communications skills\nDemonstrated proficiency with tools such as MS Project, SharePoint\n\nEmployees are the face of our company.
