May troubleshoot failed assemblies to determine corrective action.\nResponsibilities:\n\nUses hand tools and custom fixtures, working in a team environment with other assemblers and support functions to produce products on time and with high level of quality.\nPerforms validation and inspection of own work and within immediate work area\nMaintains adequate supplies and a neat and orderly work area\nMaintains tools and equipment in proper working order\nMaintains the security and confidentiality of customer products and documentation\nMay become involved with product testing\nParticipates in providing timely feedback to upstream and downstream operations as appropriate\nProactively participates in site Lean engagement and activities.\nProvides feedback on ways to reduce scrap created within the process by recommending corrective action to reduce or eliminating root cause.\nAdheres to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor.\nComplies and follows all company security policies and procedures.
