You will work on software that may include web-based applications, business automation solutions, API integrations, and more. This is a remote position, and you'll join a semi-remote team of engineers and platform engineers across the organization.\n\nWe embrace a modern approach to development including:\nWe're moving toward AI-first development, where AI is handling a growing share of code generation and review.\nLightweight SDLC toolchain which allows a faster onboarding process and a more enjoyable development environment\nContainer-based/modular, decoupled application architectures\nSecurity-first methodology with well-integrated tools\nGuardrails that allow developers to work creatively and independently while maintaining the quality standards our customers expect\nAutomated release management that reduces manual effort\nLightweight CI/CD pipelines for automated builds and deployments\nDuties:\nGather requirements through meetings with customers, stakeholders, and other users to understand customers' business needs\nDevelop, test, and maintain software solutions end-to-end, increasingly directing AI tools for code generation and review as part of our AI-first transition\nAssist with developing code standards for the company, including standards for effective AI-directed development\nDeliver unique, cloud-based solutions\nLearn and maintain knowledge of current technologies — including emerging AI development tools — to further innovation in the company and with our customers\nMinimum Qualifications:\nA bachelor's degree with major coursework in computer science or a related field is ideal. Equivalent work experience in a similar position may be substituted for education requirements.\n2+ years of experience in Angular v14+ or Go\nComfort with, or excitement to learn, AI development tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar) as a core part of how you write and review code\nWillingness to learn with a passion for creating software\nAbility to work independently and effectively manage priorities.
