To remain mindful of the world around us, in part, by giving back and supporting those less fortunate.\nFor more information about the company, please visit our website at: .\nJob Type: Full-time / Salaried\nLocation: Hybrid if Los Angeles Area Resident / Remote if not\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead and execute comprehensive fundraising campaigns, driving impactful results for our client organizations.\nDevelop and implement dynamic marketing strategies specific to assigned clients to encourage participation and support.\nIdentify and raise funds from diverse donor/supporter pools.\nActively identify, establish, and foster relationships with industry, society members, and other funding partners.\nCommunicate and coordinate with client project managers for activities for which you will be tasked to raise funds.\nDevelop and oversee the clients’ development budgets.\nWrite and edit request proposals/grants for a breadth of client initiatives.\nWork closely with client Boards to implement policy and operations.\nTravel to client society meetings as needed.\nThe description above covers the general nature and level of work to be performed. It is not intended as an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties, and skills required.\nSkills:\nOrganizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple client tasks and deadlines.\nCommunication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.\nAttention to Detail: Ability to manage and track myriad details of ongoing projects.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in non-profit management, public health, business administration, or related field (or equivalent experience) is a plus.\nAt least 5 years of related experience in one or more of the following:\nNon-profit Development\nCorporate partnerships\nAssociation Management\nHealthcare or medical association relations\nDemonstrated success in fundraising within the healthcare or medical fields, with measurable revenue goals and metrics achievements.\nGrant writing experience\nExperience working with volunteer committees or physician leaders\nProven ability to work with multiple deadlines and deliver detailed and accurate work in a client services environment\nAbility to identify, qualify and engage prospective donors\nAbility to learn new technologies, multi-task, maintain strong cross-functional and client relationships in a fast-paced and deadline-sensitive environment.\nBudget management\nOccasional travel will be required\nProficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Canva, Wordpress and database proficiency a plus.\nBenefits:\nPaid holidays, vacation, and sick time\n401k plan including partial employer match\nMedical, vision, and dental insurance\nFlexible work schedule\nTraining with nonprofit and associate management experts to grow in this industry.\nCompensation Range:$90,000 - $100,000.
