The ideal candidate is comfortable\nworking on a computer throughout the day, possesses strong technical skills, and thrives in a fast-paced\nenvironment where accuracy and productivity are essential.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nReview Slack channels and internal communications for daily priorities, updates, and operational\ninstructions.\nProcess bulk and individual client orders accurately and efficiently using ShipHero.\nEnsure all orders are processed on time while maintaining high quality and accuracy standards.\nVerify order information and follow established processing procedures.\nStage completed orders in the appropriate pick locations for warehouse packers.\nCommunicate inventory discrepancies, order issues, or other concerns that may delay processing.\nSupport packing operations on the warehouse floor as needed.\nFollow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company processes.\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.\nAssist with additional warehouse and fulfillment tasks as assigned.\n\nQualifications\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\nPrevious warehouse, fulfillment, shipping, or order processing experience preferred.\nStrong computer skills with the ability to work efficiently in multiple software systems throughout\nthe day.\nProficiency with Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel required.\nExperience with ShipHero or a similar warehouse management system is preferred.\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.\nExcellent organizational and time management skills.\nReliable attendance and punctuality.\nAbility to follow written and verbal instructions.\nAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.\n\nKey Skills\nComputer literacy and confidence navigating multiple software applications.\nOrder processing and fulfillment operations.\nAttention to detail and accuracy.\nTime management and organization.\nProficiency with Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.\nProblem-solving and critical thinking.\nEffective written and verbal communication.\nAbility to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.\nTeamwork, adaptability, and accountability.\n\nWork Environment:\nThis position is based in a warehouse and office environment and is primarily computer-based.
