Note: Hours may be adjusted to meet contract and customers' needs.\r\nResponsibilities: Responsible for collecting, organizing, and interpreting data; developing reports and presentations; and maintaining project tracking systems, documentation, and databases to support program effectiveness. Additional duties include coordinating meetings and travel, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring efficient workflow aligned with organizational objectives.\r\nPrepare, format, and organize analytical reports, presentations, and supporting documentation in alignment with organizational standards.\r\nAttend meetings in person or virtually as directed by the CO or COR.\r\nPlan, develop, and execute program analyses of moderate complexity to assess operational effectiveness and alignment with strategic objectives.\r\nDesign, maintain, and monitor integrated project tracking and reporting systems to support cross-functional program oversight.\r\nProvide analytical input to supervisors for evaluating program performance, milestone attainment, and operational progress.\r\nAnalyze and interpret data to identify trends, forecast requirements, and support the development of visual and written reporting materials.\r\nMaintain internal databases, ensuring timely and accurate data entry and integrity across platforms.\r\nImplement document control procedures to ensure version consistency and accessibility for project stakeholders.\r\nCollect and synthesize data from diverse sources to support ongoing analytical initiatives.\r\nSummarize research findings and contribute to the development of comprehensive reports for internal and external audiences.\r\nOrganize and manage repositories of research materials to facilitate efficient access and reference.\r\nCoordinate and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes to support analytical team operations.\r\nArrange travel logistics and process reimbursements in accordance with organizational policies.\r\nExecute additional administrative and support functions as required to optimize departmental performance.\r\nExperience: Three (3) years of relevant experience.\r\nMinimum Education: Associate's degree in project management, business, or a related field with less than three (3) years of experience. OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
