Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and engaged!\nResponsibilities:\nFollow recipes and measurements accurately to ensure consistent quality\nPrepare and mix a variety of batters and custards: including quick bread, pastries, cakes, and frostings\nKnead, Shape, Roll, and Cut dough to form sweet rolls, pie crusts, tarts, cookies\nDecorate and glaze baked goods to be appealing and consistent\nPrepare and maintain inventory of baked goods\nClean and sanitize workstation, equipment, and utensils\nMonitor baking process and adjust temperatures and cooking times as needed\nQualifications:\nKnowledge of different baking techniques and ingredients\nAttention to detail in all aspects of baking- measuring, organizing, portioning, decorating, and cleaning\nDedicated to working as a team towards one goal: coordination with other bakers on oven schedules, ensuring timely production, pacing production to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment\nPhysical stamina: Standing for long periods and ability to lift heavy ingredients\nExperience as a Baker 2+ years, and/or Culinary Degree\nWe are looking forward to hearing from you!\nNote: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
