Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregiver to join our team. As an In Home Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing quality care and support to individuals in their homes. Duties - Provide personalized care and support to clients in their homes, adhering to their individual needs and preferences. - Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation, personal hygiene, and medication management. - Monitor clients' health and well-being, reporting any changes or concerns to healthcare professionals. - Maintain a safe and clean living environment, adhering to HIPAA guidelines. - Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry, dishes, and cleaning. - Engage in social activities with clients, such as playing games, watching movies, or going for walks. - Prepare nutritious meals and snacks, catering to clients' dietary needs and preferences. - Assist with personal care, including grooming, dressing, and toileting. - Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, helping to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation. Experience - Previous experience in home care or a related field, such as hospice care, patient monitoring, or social work. - Strong understanding of the importance of HIPAA compliance . - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - High school diploma or equivalent required. Skills - Strong knowledge of patient care and support. - Proficiency in meal preparation and cooking. - Familiarity with HIPAA guidelines. - Experience in home care or a related field. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
