With over 5 million unique visitors and 30 million monthly page views, the Daily Caller keeps its audience informed through various platforms including daily emails, Facebook, Twitter, and mobile apps for iPhone, iPad, and Android.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role for an Advertising Manager at the Daily Caller. The Advertising Manager will be responsible for communication with clients, sales strategies, advertising initiatives, and programmatic advertising management. This role will help to grow revenue through all areas of revenue generation including sales efforts, programmatic partnerships, syndication and other strategic partnerships.Responsibilities:Lead sales efforts for the Daily Caller, driving direct and programmatic sales initiatives.Work with sales associates to expand overall business, providing support, developing and managing ad products.Develop and own relationships with programmatic buyers, DSPs and manage programmatic tech stack.Collaborate with advertising operations to guarantee the successful delivery of campaigns, troubleshoot any challenges that arise, and devise strategies to enhance revenue through ad optimization.Understand how to leverage all programmatic strategies and platforms, including, but not limited to, the use of 1st party data.Negotiate agreements with vendors in all areas related to revenue generation, including things like syndication deals.Location:Washington, DCRemoteHybridExperience & Requirements: 5+ years digital advertising operations or sales experience. Ability to work in a fast-paced startup-type environment and wear many hats. Passion and skill for selling; an excitement for pursuing, negotiating, and closing deals. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with ability to discuss ad products and ad tech.
