You will bridge design engineering and hardware operations, managing the end-to-end execution PCBAs build and assembly to eliminate lead-time delays and keep critical hardware milestones on track.\n\nDuties\n\n* Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of electrical engineering projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and technical standards.\n* Act as the primary interface for fabrication, SMT, and rework vendors; conduct daily check-ins to track orders and pull in schedules.\n* Coordinate, prioritize, and track engineering rework requests to ensure fast, accurate hardware modifications.\n* Navigate internal procurement to initiate and track Purchase Orders (POs) for seamless manufacturing kick-offs.\n* Manage components, organize allocation, and pick up/ship parts to external partners.\n* Drive continuous improvement by implementing best practices in project management tools, IT governance policies, disaster recovery plans, and release management processes.\n\nQualifications\n\n* 3+ years in program management, hardware operations, or component sourcing embedded with EE teams.\n* Strong familiarity with EE design flows and PCBA manufacturing processes (fabrication, assembly, and rework).\n* Detail-oriented with a proven track record of managing multiple tight deadlines simultaneously.
