Applications without a resume will not be considered.\n\nECI is seeking a highly motivated, dynamic, high-energy, hands-on professional to join our Professional Services team to serve as the highest level of implementation consultant on the Deacom ERP. As a member of our Professional Services team, you will have a major impact on our future success by supporting our Implementation, PMO, and Sales teams in a variety of different ways. From the scoping of Professional Services efforts, to building configuration documentation, to holding internal training sessions, your efforts will make our organization more effective by way of your industry and system knowledge.\n\nWhat You Will Do\n\nBe the go-to resource for implementing Deacom ERP software, ancillary systems (DSD, WMS, MRP, etc.) and business processes\nProvide mentorship, coaching, and leadership to the implementation team, including training in the Deacom software, ancillary systems, and the department processes\nTravel on-site at the request of the Program Management Office (PMO) to support implementation and consulting efforts with customers directly\nDocument business requirements for customer requested system enhancements and communicate the requirements to Product Design\nDrive continuous improvement for the scoping and discovery process to ensure customer requirements are captured and translated into implementation project plans\nServe as a liaison between the Sales and Aftermarket Sales teams and Services by gathering requirements and scoping Professional Services efforts to meet those requirements\nBe the first consultants our customers speak to during their implementation. You will determine each new customer’s configuration requirements through a rigorous discovery process and hand off requirements to your counterparts in the Implementation team\nAct as a leader regarding department’s objectives, goals, and tasks\nEffectively complete tasks associated with consulting projects\nRequirements\n\nAdvanced degree, certification or equivalent professional experience required\nMinimum 7 years of experience with ERP or supply chain related commercial software products\nExperience with ERP solutions including Accounting, Order Processing, Inventory Management, Quality Control, Manufacturing and MRP processes required\nWorking knowledge of SQL, relational databases, client server applications, and web technologies\nWorking knowledge of technical business requirements including but not limited to software integration, data migration, EDI and business intelligence\nOutstanding time management, problem solving, communication (oral and written) and presentation skills.\nWillingness to travel an average of 50% of the time\nAbilities Required\n\nThese physical demands are representative of the physical requirements necessary for an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
