Ability to create custom development. Create custom experiences at various levels. Creation of intranets, portals, document management systems, contract management systems, learning management systems, and ticketing.\r\nJob DutiesMeeting with the design team to review website and application requirements.\r\nSetting tasks and development goals.\r\nConfiguring the company SharePoint systems to specified requirements.\r\nDeveloping new web components using XML, .NET, SQL, and C#.\r\nDesigning, coding, and implementing scalable applications.\r\nExtending SharePoint functionality with forms, web parts, and application technologies.\r\nTesting and debugging code.\r\nReviewing website interface and software stability.\r\nTroubleshooting software issues.\r\nMaintaining and updating SharePoint applications.\r\nProviding systems training to staff and customers.Qualifications7+ years proven experience as a SharePoint Developer\r\nMOSS or WSS certification.\r\nPowerApps experience\r\nPrevious experience as a SharePoint Developer.\r\nExtensive knowledge of C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Frameworks.\r\nFamiliarity with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, XML, jQuery, SQL Server, and Web Services.\r\nHigh-level coding skills.\r\nBS/BA in Computer Science, Software Engineer or related field\r\nEffectiveness in the use of computer tools, e.g., spreadsheets and databases\r\nSolid Visio and Excel skills\r\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities\r\nTeam player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a continuous process improvement culture\r\nAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced environment\r\nDemonstrated outstanding level of professionalism in providing project review support, including ability to exercise good judgment, discretion, tact, and diplomacy\r\nSound business ethics, including the protection of proprietary and confidential information\r\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to understand and effectively communicate technical concepts in a compelling, persuasive manner to non-technical persons.\r\nExcellent ability to interact skillfully and diplomatically with numerous counterparts and rapport, including contract stakeholders, government representatives and transportation officials.\r\nCapable of working under tight deadlines and on several projects simultaneously.\r\nExcellent time and resource management skills.\r\nProficiency in MS Office applications.\r\nAbility to work independently and function effectively as a member of a team and adhere to strict deadlines.\r\nAbility to understand and communicate technical/business solutions to personnel at all levels of the organization.\r\nMust be able to demonstrate extremely strong interpersonal skills, initiative, and work ethic\r\nAbility to work odd hours outside of standard schedule as needed, e.g. weekends or after normal work hours.What we offer\r\nSiloSmashers offers its employees opportunities to be their best in careers in management and technology consulting.
