Ideal candidate will have strong Salesforce skills in the areas of configuration, custom build using APEX and Field Service Lightning.\n\nRole\nSetting up FSL, including initial configuration, service territories, operating hours, scheduling policies, service resources, work rules and service objectives\nOptimization of the Dispatcher Console and FSL Mobile App\nApplication design and configuration using Salesforce.com automation (SFA)\nUtilizing object-oriented programming and design concepts to advise clients on Salesforce.com solutions\nDeveloping custom applications and performing unit testing using Salesforce.com APEX and Visualforce pages\nPerforming data migration using Salesforce.com Data Loader\nDesigning and developing functionalities and web integration using Apex\nDesigning user interfaces using Visualforce pages\nUsing Force.com IDE to deploy and migrate applications\nUtilizing Eclipse as a platform for development, testing and code deployment\nCreating process and business flow diagrams use cases, story boards, training documents and job aids for end users and business users using Microsoft Visio and PowerPoint\nSupporting and maintaining the applications on Salesforce.com to ensure optimal performance\nLeveraging Project Management Agile tools such as Jira or Rally\n\nQualifications\n\nRequired Skills\n\nApplicable Salesforce certifications (Admin, App Builder, Service Cloud, FSL)\nExperience managing offshore development resources, tasks including configuration, customization, data migration, integration)\nKnowledge of/experience with formal delivery methodologies\nKnowledge of/experience with Field Service and associated skills\nKnowledge of Field Service Lightning components and capabilities, from Case to Work Order to Service Appointment\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills as well as listening skills\nSignificant Consulting/client facing background\nOutstanding teamwork and team lead skills\nSalesforce Programmatic Development requirements 1) Apex and VisualForce- 2) Lightning Component- or 3) Lightning Web Component\n\nRelevant Experience\n\nParticipation in each phase of at least one full Salesforce FSL implementations\nParticipation in each phase of at least three full Salesforce lifecycle implementations\nManagement and successful delivery of all phases of at least one Salesforce implementations\nParticipation of Salesforce projects from start to finish using agile delivery approach\nExperience in Salesforce to external systems integration.\nCandidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.\n\nAdditional Information\n\nBloomforth LLC. is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
