Work includes, but is not limited to:\nExecuting back-office administrative tasks associated with project setup, tracking, and documentation.\nTracking and updating project spreadsheets, milestones, and schedules using Excel and project tracking tools.\nPerforming checklist-driven validations (funding verification, PO issuance, approvals, vendor status, etc.).\nPreparing basic project reports, updates, and presentation materials in PowerPoint as needed.\nActing as a cross-functional coordination point among approximately 20-26 daily stakeholders.\nSupporting three senior Cx Managers across the IOA, conduit, and new-build/underwrite programs.\nProviding general administrative and coordination support for multi-year, tiered infrastructure programs.\nQualifications:\nYears of experience: 1-3 working in a construction delivery environment.\nUnderstanding construction deliverable as builds, drawings, closeout documentation, material management, logistics\nTools knowledge Excell, workflow management tools if any example One vision\nWill need to be is time zones EST/CST or MST.
