Job Description Accounts Receivable / Collections SpecialistLocation Dallas, TX 75220 | OnsiteCOMPENSATION & SCHEDULE$18–20/hrMonday–Friday, Day ShiftProject assignment through end of AugustW2ROLE IMPACTThis role supports the finance team by reducing outstanding receivables. Success is defined by timely follow-up on past-due accounts, accurate application of payments, and maintaining positive customer relationships while improving collection metrics.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide Accounts Receivable support including invoice review, payment posting, and account reconciliationPerform high-volume collections outreach via phone and email to resolve past-due balancesMaintain detailed notes and follow-up schedules to ensure timely resolution of outstanding accountsResearch and resolve billing discrepancies in partnership with internal departmentsMinimum Qualifications1+ year of Accounts Receivable or collections experienceStrong follow-up skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlinesProficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting systemsCore Tools & SystemsMicrosoft ExcelERP or accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, or similar)Outlook and standard office systemsPreferred SkillsExperience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to analyze aging reports and prioritize high-risk accountsLegal NoticeBy applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, AI-generated calls, text messages, or emails from CornerStone and its affiliates, and contracted partners.
