Job DescriptionFrank Darling is a female-founded fine jewelry brand making custom engagement rings feel exciting, personal, and refreshingly human. Known for our modern design and sustainability-minded approach, we’ve been featured in Vogue, WSJ, Bloomberg, Glossy, and more.We’re looking for a Fine Jewelry Chat Concierge to join our team on-site. You’ll work closely with clients, answering their most pertinent questions, and sorting them through proper channels to get them their answers fast and with accuracy.Key Duties and Responsibilities:Respond quickly to inbound phone calls, chats, and emails.Manage the general inboxReassigning conversations to the proper TeamsNotifying relevant teams on aging conversationsAssisting teams on aging conversationsTransfer calls as needed to proper departmentsWork alongside the sales team to ensure proper handoffAdvise clients on general diamond and setting questionsAdvise clients on the differences between lab-grown diamonds, natural diamonds, and MoissaniteAdvise clients on all aspects of ring selection, from prong thickness to band thickness, setting style, and wedding band selectionAssisting customers with general requests, including, but not limited to; rescheduling, diamond flight feedback, scheduling new appointments, relaying customer messages, coordinating in-store pick-ups and drop-offsEmpower clients to feel confident in their once-in-a-lifetime purchaseRequirements and Experience:Strong knowledge of fine jewelry styles and trendsA keen eye for detail and a high level of empathy and professionalismAbility to work proactively and think creatively to solve problems as they arise.Organized and comfortable multitasking and juggling many client requests at onceAble to learn new computer programs efficiently and effectively1+ years of sales experience in jewelry, bridal, or luxury salesExtremely detail-orientedAble to juggle multiple tasks with high prioritization skillsExcellent communication skillsJewelry fabrication or design experience is a plus, but not requiredJob Details:Full-time on-site role located in Tribeca NYCOffice hours are 10AM to 6PMAvailable schedules: Thursday - MondaySalary: 60k AnnualBenefits:Equity Compensation.
