You will play a pivotal role in driving our brand's footprints in the world's largest economy.📍 Key InformationJob Title: US Operations Supervisor (全美營運督導)Location: United States (Remote / Field-based; requires frequent cross-state travel for store support and audits)Employment Type: Full-time📋 Key ResponsibilitiesNew Store Openings & Support: Develop and assist new stores through the opening process and ongoing operations according to overseas expansion plans.HQ Policy Alignment: Accurately convey and implement global brand policies from Taiwan HQ; maintain seamless, real-time communication between US stores and HQ.Store Operations & Training: Provide full-scale support to US stores, including employee onboarding/training, grand opening execution, and local marketing strategies.Field Audits: Conduct regular and ad-hoc cross-state field audits to ensure operational excellence and provide on-site solutions.SOP Standardizations: Supervise stores to ensure strict compliance with the company’s standard operating procedures (SOPs) and policy standards.Performance & Goal Management: Oversee regional sales and operational goals, analyze metrics, and lead local teams to achieve business targets.🎯 Preferred QualificationsGeographic Preference:Candidates currently residing within the United States are highly preferred.Language Skills: Fluent in both English and Mandarin (Professional proficiency in business communication, negotiation, and report writing is required).Experience: Proven experience as a Store Manager, District Manager, or Operations Supervisor in F&B, retail, or hospitality chains.
