The ability to solve problems and work independently is required.\n\nKnowledge, Skills and Experience Required\n\nFluent, professional level spoken and written English with strong communication skills.\n\nStrong commitment to customer service excellence.\n\nProven technical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.\n\nHigh attention to detail and precision.\n\nExperience with laboratory or benchtop equipment installation and calibration.\n\nSpecific training will be provided on the equipment with ongoing support from the factory.\n\nBachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field preferred.\n\nStrong PC skills including Microsoft Office, ERP and CRM systems.\n\nExcellent planning, organization, and problem‑solving abilities.\n\nAbility to clearly explain technical concepts to non‑technical users.\n\nValid U.S. driver’s license.\n\nPassport holder to allow occasional travel outside of the USA.\n\nPractical Requirements\nAbility and willingness to travel, on occasion at short notice, for a total period of approximately 26 weeks per annum (50% of time).
