Senior Product Designer

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!The Role Lead the strategy and design of critical financial products, driving impactful user experiences. Champion a user-centered approach, ensuring design decisions address user needs, behaviors, and insights. Map and analyze end-to-end user journeys to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement. Create intuitive and visually engaging complex web interfaces and workflows. Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align design with business goals. Contribute to and advocate for a global design system to ensure visual consistency.What You'll Need 10-12 years of experience, with prior experience in regulated spaces such as finance, health, or insurance. Mastery in interaction and UI design for complex systems, including effective use of animation and micro-interactions. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Miro. Strong understanding of complex systems and the ability to distill intricate requirements. Excellent communication and storytelling skills to articulate design concepts to diverse stakeholders. Leadership experience in guiding junior designers and elevating team standards.
