You will work closely with other quality engineers, process engineering, operators, supervisors, project managers and external connectivity locations to maintain and improve external and internal quality, quality systems and manufacturing costs.\n\nDuties & Responsibilities\nActive participation on new product development, cost reduction projects assigned, overseeing adherence established quality and work standards.\nSupervision and development of quality technicians.\nCommunicate with all levels of the organization regarding KPI’s and corrective and preventive actions\nComplete and maintain quality deliverables such as control plans, test plans sampling justifications.\nMonitor MRB areas, expedite dispositions and lead root cause analysis of internal failures.\nReport, review and analyze customer complaints, using 8D methodology, identify repetitive issues, common root causes and trends to help drive reduction on overall complaints. Respond to both internal and external complaints.\nAnalyze, investigate, document and report supplier issues.\nReview and analyze non-conformances to identify repetitive failure modes and trends by product family found during validation testing.\nSupport special quality projects or initiatives as needed.\nProvide Engineering and preventive maintenance support for test equipment.\n\nAccountability / Impact\n\nAs a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible to support, from a quality perspective, new product development projects for the business unit product portfolio.
