Collaborate with engineering teams to improve processes, reduce manual effort, and enhance monitoring across Windows, Linux, AWS, and Azure.\r\nKey Responsibilities\r\nMonitor and maintain infrastructure health using SolarWinds Orion, Dynatrace, AWS CloudWatch, and Azure Monitor.\r\nRespond to alerts, triage incidents, and drive resolution within SLA targets.\r\nParticipate in on-call rotation and execute structured incident response processes.\r\nProvide hands-on support for Windows and Linux servers across physical, virtual, and hybrid environments.\r\nPerform routine maintenance, including patching, firmware updates, and health checks.\r\nExecute failover and failback procedures with proper documentation and validation.\r\nCreate, manage, and update DNS records in Infoblox to support infrastructure changes.\r\nManage support tickets, coordinate cross-team follow-ups, and maintain accurate documentation.\r\nCollaborate on observability improvements, monitoring enhancements, and application visibility.\r\nExecute maintenance window activities, including alert suppression and operational validation.\r\nContribute to automation initiatives using PowerShell, Bash, Python, Ansible, or similar tools.\r\nIdentify opportunities to reduce manual work through scripting, runbooks, and workflow improvements.\r\nQualifications\r\n5+ years of experience in server operations, NOC, or infrastructure support.\r\nStrong hands-on experience with Windows Server and Linux environments.\r\nExperience with monitoring, alerting, and incident response workflows.\r\nFamiliarity with observability platforms such as SolarWinds Orion or Dynatrace.\r\nWorking knowledge of AWS and/or Azure, including CloudWatch or Azure Monitor.\r\nUnderstanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).\r\nExperience with data center operations, hardware support, and infrastructure troubleshooting.\r\nStrong documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.\r\nAbility to work in a shift-based NOC environment with on-call responsibilities.\r\nYou have 5+ years server operations and NOC experience.
