This role partners with stakeholders, developers, data engineers, and end users to understand business needs, integrate data, improve visibility, and deliver solutions that support decision-making and operational performance.\n\nCore Responsibilities\n\nReporting, Data Integration & Application Development\nRecommend software upgrades for customer's existing programs and systems.\nIntegrate and consolidate data from enterprise systems to support reporting, analytics, and business applications.\nDevelop and maintain reports, dashboards, APIs, web applications, and data-driven solutions that improve business visibility and access to information.\nPartner with stakeholders, developers, and data engineers to define requirements, validate data accuracy, resolve quality issues, and optimize solutions.\nApply modern development practices to deliver secure, scalable, reliable, and maintainable enterprise solutions.\n\nRequired Qualifications\n\nExperience\n3-5 Years Design specific computer systems and application software.\n3+ years of experience in software development, business intelligence, reporting, application development, or a related technical field.\nExperience developing web applications, APIs, reporting solutions, dashboards, and business systems.\nExperience integrating, validating, troubleshooting, and consolidating data from multiple enterprise platforms.\n\nApplication Development Skills\nStrong proficiency in C#, .NET, modern web application development, Blazor, and REST-based solutions.\nFamiliarity with microservices, distributed architectures, GitHub, Azure DevOps, source control, Azure-hosted solutions, and cloud application deployment.\n\nData & Reporting Technologies\nStrong SQL development, data analysis, data modeling, troubleshooting, validation, and integration skills.\nExperience with Power BI, Databricks, enterprise data warehouses, lakehouse/cloud data platforms, Oracle, and Microsoft SQL Server.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with enterprise reporting and analytics applications, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Azure services, CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, semantic models, modern data architecture, and Agile delivery.\n\nKnowledge, Skills & Abilities\nStrong communication, collaboration, stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to translate technical concepts into business-focused solutions, manage multiple priorities, support process improvement, and deliver high-quality results.\n\nWork Environment\n\nThis hybrid position is based in Birmingham, Alabama, with remote and on-site collaboration.
