We help professionals achieve their career goals by connecting them with innovative projects and direct hire opportunities across Ohio and the Midwest.Client OverviewVernovis is partnering with a stable, growing organization seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst to support accurate, timely, and compliant financial operations.What You’ll DoProcess and review vendor invoices for accuracy, coding, and approvalsPerform three-way matching (PO, receipt, invoice) and resolve discrepanciesPrepare and execute payment runs (ACH, wire, and checks)Manage vendor inquiries, aging reports, and past-due balancesSupport month-end close activities, including accruals and reconciliationsMaintain vendor master data and ensure tax and compliance requirements are metAssist with audit requests and documentationIdentify process improvements and support automation initiativesWhat Experience You’ll Have (Requirements)2–5 years of Accounts Payable or general accounting experienceStrong understanding of AP processes, three-way matching, and accrualsExperience working in an ERP system (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Workday, Infor, or similar)Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups)High attention to detail with the ability to manage deadlinesWhat Experience Is Nice to Have (Preferences)Experience in a shared services or multi-entity environmentExposure to AP automation or OCR toolsExperience with reporting or dashboard tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)If interested, please contact Nick Kossoudji at nkossoudji@vernovis.com.By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, AI-generated calls, text messages, or emails from Vernovis, its affiliates, and contracted partners.
