This includes protecting a global cyber infrastructure comprising networks, systems, information, and mobile devices all while identifying and responding to cyber risks and threats. Those supporting the DSCM program strive to leverage their expert knowledge and propose creative solutions to real-world cybersecurity challenges.About the RoleDevelop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and performance.Integrate Power BI with Dataverse and SharePoint to create comprehensive data solutions.Write and optimize complex DAX queries for advanced data analysis.Design, create, and manage SharePoint hub and spoke sites.Manage SharePoint metadata and permissions to ensure proper access and organization.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.Provide technical support and training to end-users as needed.Lead SharePoint migration projects, including planning, execution, and post-migration support.Develop and implement customized SharePoint-based configurations using best practices.Create and manage workflows to improve process efficiency and guide business teams on best practices.General:Need to have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Diagnose and resolve issues within Power BI solutions, ensuring data integrity and performanceHave excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Possess strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.Have experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) development.Have experience in preparation of business requirements documents, functional requirements documents, governance documents, test plans, training documents, and user guides.Have experience with other Microsoft 365 tools and services (e.g., Teams, OneDrive).Possess knowledge of Agile development methodologies.Have a strong understanding of the relationships between operational needs and business processes, ensuring alignment of technical architectures with business strategies.Have a strong understanding of data modeling, data visualization, and business intelligence concepts.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 14 years of relevant experience. An additional 4 years of experience will be considered in lieu of degree/education.Either possess and maintain, or obtain, prior to start date ONE of the following certifications:CISSP, Security+, Net+, A+, MCP, MCSE, CCNA, MCSA.Power BI Skills:Proficiency in designing and building data models that accurately represent business needs and facilitate efficient analysis.Proficiency in building interactive and dynamic dashboards and reports to present data insights and enable data-driven decision-making.Experience with Power BI integration with Dataverse and SharePoint.Experience utilizing DAX to create custom calculations, measures, and filters within Power BI models.Ability to optimize Power BI performance and troubleshoot issues.Experience connecting Power BI to various data sources, including databases, Excel files, and cloud services.Familiarity migrating dashboards using deployment pipelinesSharePoint Skills:Experience in creating and managing hub and spoke sites.Proficiency in managing SharePoint metadata and permissions.Knowledge of SharePoint Online, Teams and SharePoint ServerAbility to design and implement SharePoint workflows and custom solutions.Experience with SharePoint Designer and workflows development.Microsoft 365 Skills:Experience with Microsoft 365 apps and services such as Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform (Power BI, PowerApps, Power Automate).Experience with Azure Active Directory, Azure DevOps, and Azure integration with Microsoft 365.U.S. citizenship required.Active Secret security clearance.The ability to obtain a final Top Secret security clearance.Desired:Power BI Skills:Experience with Power BI Desktop, Service and Power BI Embedded.Knowledge of Power Query, DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) and M (Powe Query Formula) languages.Familiarity with Power BI security and governance best practices.SharePoint Skills:Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx) for custom development.Experience integrating Power Apps and Power BI into SharePoint sitesKnowledge of Power Automate (formerly Microsoft Flow) for automating workflows.Familiarity with SharePoint migration tools and processes (e.g., Sharegate, MetaLogix).Proficiency in SharePoint Designer, InfoPath forms, workflows development, and customization using jQuery, Java, and Query String.Proficiency in C#, VB, Visual Studio, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, ASP, JavaScript, XML, CSS, HTML, AJAX, and web services.Experience with PowerShell commands for backup and restore operations.Desired Certifications:Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst AssociateMicrosoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst AssociateMicrosoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) - MicrosoftMicrosoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker AssociateMicrosoft Certified: SharePoint Server HybridMicrosoft Certified: Teamwork Administrator AssociateMicrosoft Certified: Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator ExpertMicrosoft Certified: Azure Administrator AssociateMicrosoft Certified: Power Platform Developer AssociateMicrosoft Certified: Azure Data Scientist AssociateMicrosoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate
