required pre‑employment screening (drug testing, fingerprinting for FDIC‑insured institutions)Candidate Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field for professional roles5 + years of banking, financial services, or credit union experienceBachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or related fieldPrior experience as an Operations Officer, Lead Teller or Assistant Branch ManagerExperience supporting audits, exams, or regulatory reviewsFamiliarity with universal banking models and cross functional branch staffingStrong coaching,
