We are looking for growth-motivated and self-starting individuals who value efficiency, reliability, and family.We're looking for a detail-oriented, experienced, and licensed Project Manager of Special Projects to join our company.Pay$90,000 - $120,000 annually - Pay Rate Determined in Interview.Your Duties and ResponsibilitiesProject planning and the scheduling of detailed schedules for project activities ensuring timely completion.Estimating and preparing transparent proposals that adhere to the terms of each JOC Contract.Prepare project documents for submission to owners and engineers.Practice the allocation of resources effectively.Quality assurance and control by implementing QA/QC procedures to meet industry standards.Purchasing to ensure that all purchase orders are in the best interest of Tempe Mechanical and its clients.Risk Management to proactively assess safety hazards, schedule delays and budget overruns.Safety Compliance with safety regulations and best practices throughout the project.Closeout and Turnover the project closeout activities including final inspections.QualificationsA minimum of 5+ years of experience in HVACStrong Leadership Skills.Punctual and Dependable.Higher Education and/or College DegreeExperience in Project ManagementExperience in working on projects involving Hospitals and Schools.Software Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Fast Pipe/Fast DuctExtensive knowledge of construction principles and processesExcellent communication skills, attention to detail, customer service.Reports ToVP of OperationsBenefitsMedical InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsuranceLife InsuranceProfit Sharing Retirement PlanZayZoon - Wages on Demand6 Paid Holidays48 Hours of Paid Time Off40 Hours of Sick TimeLocation / Travel* Travel to job sites across the Greater Phoenix Area.* Corporate Office: 303 W Elliott Rd, Tempe, AZ 85284Our PromiseWe're an equal opportunity employer.
