This role serves as a trusted advisor to leadership, helping translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, measurable outcomes, and executive-level communications across multiple mission-critical workstreams.\n\nThe ideal candidate combines strong business acumen, program management expertise, executive communications skills, and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a hybrid enterprise environment.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nServe as a primary strategic advisor to GS-14 leadership, transforming organizational priorities into actionable plans, roadmaps, and execution strategies.\nLead planning, coordination, and performance management activities across Digital Accessibility, IT Lab, and Strategic Initiatives programs.\nDevelop and maintain strategic roadmaps, performance metrics, scorecards, and executive reporting frameworks.\nOwn and coordinate division-wide communications campaigns to increase awareness, adoption, and customer engagement with available services and capabilities.\nCreate and deliver executive-level briefings, presentations, and customer-facing materials that clearly communicate priorities, progress, risks, and recommendations.\nFacilitate recurring leadership and stakeholder meetings, track action items, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure follow-through across multiple workstreams.\nCoordinate closely with technical Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and leadership to expand service offerings while maintaining cybersecurity and operational requirements.\nImprove organizational processes, intake functions, reporting capabilities, and resource visibility through data-driven recommendations.\nUtilize tools such as ServiceNow, Power BI, and other reporting platforms to enhance tracking, analytics, and operational efficiency.\nEffectively navigate evolving priorities and ambiguous environments while maintaining execution discipline and stakeholder alignment.\nRequired Qualifications\nActive Secret Clearance\nExperience developing strategic plans, roadmaps, and executive-level recommendations.\nStrong project and program management skills, including management of risks, dependencies, milestones, and stakeholder communications.\nExceptional executive communication skills, including briefing senior leaders and producing concise, decision-focused written products.\nAdvanced PowerPoint skills with the ability to create executive-ready presentations and compelling visual narratives.\nStrong Excel skills for reporting, analysis, tracking, and performance management.\nExperience defining metrics, developing dashboards, and communicating performance insights.\nUnderstanding of hybrid enterprise and laboratory environments, including the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.\nExperience coordinating operations across multiple teams and improving organizational processes.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Power BI and dashboard development.\nExperience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing and workflow management platforms.\nFamiliarity with Agile, IT operations, cybersecurity, or cloud-focused environments.\nExperience supporting federal government organizations and senior executive stakeholders.\nExpected Deliverables\nStrategic Roadmaps\nPerformance Management Frameworks\nExecutive Dashboards and Reporting\nExecutive Briefings and Presentations\nStatus Reports and Risk Assessments\nCommunications and Outreach Plans\nProcess Improvement Recommendations\nWhy Join Centurion?\n\nThis position offers the opportunity to work directly with senior government leadership, influence strategic technology initiatives, and help shape the delivery of secure, mission-critical services.
