Legal Document Specialist

Shulman Rogers is seeking a detail-oriented and proficient Legal Document Specialist. As a Legal Document Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, formatting, and editing legal documents using various software. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience (in a legal setting preferred).Primary Duties and Responsibilities:Typing and formatting documents such as reports, letters, memos, manuals, and presentations using word processing software.Proofread correspondence, memoranda, pleadings and documents to ensure accuracy of grammar, punctuation, and spelling errors.Coordinate with colleagues to gather necessary information and inputs for document creation.Troubleshoot and resolve formatting or technical issues with documents.qualifications and skills:High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in word processing.5+ years of word processing experience, preferably in a legal or professional services environment.Ability to communicate clearly and effectively to build strong working relationships.Good organizational skills for prioritizing workload.Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
