On a day-to-day basis, you will communicate with customers via phone, email, or online chat to answer product questions, provide recommendations, and support the purchasing process. You will maintain up-to-date knowledge of product lines, pricing, and promotions to guide customers effectively and accurately. The role includes processing orders, tracking customer inquiries, and following up to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues. You will collaborate with internal teams as needed to confirm product availability, coordinate timelines, and support a seamless buying experience.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Retail Sales and Sales skills, including the ability to identify customer needs and close sales in a consultative manner.Candidates should possess solid Customer Service and Communication skills, with a focus on clear, patient, and professional interactions in a remote environment.Candidates should possess excellent Product Knowledge skills or the ability and willingness to quickly learn details about drapery, fabrics, and related home décor products.Experience working in retail, home décor, or furnishings, particularly in a remote or phone-based sales setting, is beneficial.Comfort using digital tools such as POS or CRM systems, email, and online chat platforms, along with strong organizational and time-management skills.Ability to work independently, reliably meet part-time scheduling requirements, and maintain a quiet, professional remote work setting.Now Hiring – Window Treatment Sales ConsultantJoin our growing team!
