Strivector s premier client (a well-known market leader in their space) is hiring for the following full-time direct hire position.POSITION OVERVIEWAs a Maintenance Planner your roles and responsibilities will include:Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance program that promotes efficiency and productivity while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, budget constraints, and safety standards.Schedule and complete preventive maintenance (PM) tasks on time to protect production areas from unplanned work and minimize disruptions to equipment operation.Manage all planned and scheduled maintenance activities, including work orders generation, resources allocation, and backlog reduction, to ensure on-time work completion and eliminate delays.QUALIFICATIONSMost importantly, you need to be a passionate Maintenance Planner who enjoys his work and is considered to be one of the best within your organization. The ideal Maintenance Planner would be someone with deep experience in many (if not all) of the following:High School Diploma required; higher level degree education preferred.3-5 years of experience in maintenance as a technician or first-line supervisor required, with a focus on processing and packaging equipment installation, maintenance, and machine start-up.3-5 years experience with plant facility and utility equipment maintenance, preferredDemonstrated capability in Servant Leadership attributes for interpersonal relations and team development skills, requiredyou may not have all the skills listed here.
