You will be an employee of Intune PT which is doing business as Spero Rehab in this market.\r\nRole Summary\r\nAre you a welcoming, organized individual with excellent customer service skills? Join our physical therapy clinic team as a\r\nFront Office Coordinator\r\nwhere you'll be the first point of contact for our patients. We're seeking a detail-oriented professional who can create a positive first impression while efficiently managing administrative responsibilities to ensure our clinic runs smoothly and our patients feel valued from the moment they walk through our doors.\r\nWe are open to part-time, full-time, and PRN shift preferences.\r\nKey Responsibilities\r\nGreet and check in patients, verifying insurance and collecting required documentation\r\nSchedule and confirm appointments, managing the therapists' calendars effectively\r\nAnswer phones professionally and direct calls appropriately\r\nProcess patient payments and manage daily financial transactions\r\nVerify insurance benefits and obtain necessary authorizations\r\nManage electronic medical records and ensure patient information is accurate and up-to-date\r\nCoordinate with clinical staff regarding patient flow and scheduling\r\nMaintain a clean and welcoming reception area\r\nHandle general office duties including patient documents and supply management\r\nAssist with insurance claims processing as needed\r\nQualifications\r\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred\r\n1-2 years of medical office or customer service experience\r\nKnowledge of medical terminology and healthcare office procedures\r\nProficiency with electronic medical records systems and practice management software\r\nStrong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications\r\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\r\nOutstanding organizational abilities and attention to detail\r\nAbility to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment\r\nProfessional appearance and positive, friendly demeanor\r\nKnowledge of medical insurance and billing procedures preferred\r\nWhat We Offer\r\nJoin our team and experience a workplace that truly values your wellbeing and growth.
