Completes documentation of medication administration.\nPromptly report to the nurse, a resident’s request/need for PRN medications.\nPromptly report to the nurse any adverse or concerning reactions to medications.\nCommunicate effectively with residents, staff, management and families.\nKnowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures that falls under the scope of the Certified Medication Aide.\nProvides physical resident care to include all aspects of personal hygiene and grooming.\nAnswers call lights in a timely manner and responds accordingly to the resident’s needs.\nAny other duties as assigned or delegated by the Director of Care.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n\nRequires a high school diploma or GED.\nRequires a Certified Medication Aide certificate from the Ohio Board of Nursing\nCompletion of first aide training and CPR\n\nWallick’s Mission & Values\n\nAt Wallick Communities, we believe in opening doors to homes, opportunity, and hope for our residents, associates, and community.
