Job DescriptionJob SummaryAssists in monitoring and administering the safety, environmental and security programs at an assigned exchange or distribution center.Essential Job FunctionsConducts internal inquiries involving incidents of pilferage, fraud, waste, abuse, misconduct, theft, accidents, and other related issues.Conducts and/or supervises Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), environmental programs, and loss prevention (LP) inspections/surveys. Implements loss prevention (LP) program modifications and procedures to increase operational efficiencies and effectiveness.Provides training to associates including, but not limited to, new hires, profit protection, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), internal controls, etc.Oversees equipment management including, but not limited to, closed circuit television (CCTV) systems, electronic article surveillance (EAS), safety products, vehicles, etc.Performs other duties as assigned. Complies with applicable directives, policies and procedures. Actively supports and implements applicable EEO laws and programs within the Exchange. Assumes other related responsibilities as assigned. Qualification RequirementsOne year of loss prevention or management experience. Experience in conducting investigations/audits and report writing are preferred.OrBachelor's degree and loss prevention or management experience.
