If you have experience in Anti-Money Laundering (AML), financial crimes compliance, KYC reviews, transaction monitoring, and alert investigations, we'd love to hear from you!🔹 Key Responsibilities:• Review and interpret AML policies, procedures, and risk standards.• Perform quality reviews of AML alerts and investigations.• Assess alert disposition accuracy and validate supporting documentation.• Review SARs, CTRs, KYC records, account activity, and transaction data.• Document findings, provide detailed rationale, and escalate identified issues.• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal AML requirements.🔹 Required Qualifications:✔ 1–3 years of AML, Financial Crimes, Compliance, or Risk Management experience.✔ Strong understanding of AML regulations, KYC requirements, SARs, and CTRs.✔ Excellent analytical, investigative, and research skills.✔ Strong written communication and documentation abilities.✔ Ability to analyze large volumes of transactional and customer data.🔹 Preferred Qualifications:⭐ Experience in AML Quality Assurance (QA) or Quality Control (QC).⭐ Familiarity with transaction monitoring and case management systems.⭐ Experience working within a banking or financial services environment.📅 Hiring Timeline:• Interviews: June 18–23, 2026• Offer Decisions: June 25, 2026• Start Date: July 10, 2026About BCforward:BCforward is a global leader in IT consulting and workforce solutions, partnering with Fortune 500 companies and government organizations.
