project completion\nSupport procurement efforts in coordination with Contract Specialists\nAssist with acquiring services from contractors, consultants, and Architect/Engineering (A/E) firms\nFacilitate communication among project stakeholders, contractors, government personnel, and support teams\nResolve project issues, conflicts, and challenges that may impact project schedules or budgets\nPrepare and maintain project documentation, reports, schedules, and status updates\nTrack project milestones, deliverables, and budget execution\nEnsure contractors and project teams remain focused on achieving project objectives\nProvide recommendations to management regarding project performance and improvements\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor of Science in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field\nMinimum of two (2) years of experience estimating construction projects, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience\nExperience supporting design, construction, renovation, or facilities-related projects\nAbility to travel in support of site visits, inspections, project reviews, conferences, and meetings\nStrong understanding of construction project management principles and practices\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities\nKnowledge of construction management, estimating, and project delivery processes\nAbility to develop project scopes, schedules, and cost estimates\nStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills\nAbility to resolve complex project issues and conflicts effectively\nExcellent interpersonal and
