Construction Sales - Outside Sales Representative

Duties
Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and marketing strategies
Manage and grow existing client accounts to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients
Develop and execute territory management plans to optimize sales coverage
Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements
Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns for lead generation
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Upsell additional products or services to existing clients to increase account value
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
Skills
Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or territory management
Strong management and business development skills with a focus on account management
Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms
Excellent negotiation and communication skills with the ability to deliver compelling product demos
Knowledge of technology sales, technical sales, or retail sales environments is a plus
Ability to generate leads through cold calling and direct sales efforts
Strong analytical skills for market analysis and sales forecasting
Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to build lasting relationships
Experience in inside sales, territory sales, or lead generation strategies is advantageous
Demonstrated ability to upsell products/services effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction

Pay: $30,000.00 - $225,000.00 per year
