If you are willing to help us to be committed to providing hope and transforming the lives of children in our community and you meet the positions qualifications, then apply today.The Director of Environment of Care's responsibilities include the following:Ensures that all systems that relate to life and safety/EOC are maintained and inspected according federal, state and local requirements and that National Patient Safety Goals are implemented and monitoredEnsures that toxic and biohazard materials are handled and disposed of in keeping with Federal and State regulationsCoordinates with any contractor performing work relating to the supervised departmentsProvides daily maintenance supervision of the hospital facility including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and coordinate general maintenance of the building inside and outProvides supervision of landscape and lawn services including grass mowing, weeding, planting and any necessary grounds clean up or repairSupervises maintenance of all parking lots for the safety of patients and staffReview all maintenance agreements for appropriateness and cost effectivenessEnsures that all functions within Plant Operations, and Housekeeping follow the safety procedures outlined in the company policiesAdministers evaluations of employees within established time constraints for Maintenance, and HousekeepingMaintains operation within budget guidelinesPerforms in-services required by the company and participate in hospital-wide performance improvement (PI) activities and in required in-service educationPerforms a variety of tasks, including painting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, test and inspections of physical plant equipment, preventative maintenance and various janitorial dutiesPerforms other duties as assignedQualified candidates for Director of Environment of Care should have the following:Post-secondary degree requiredExperience in general repair, framing, sheetrock, electrical, plumbing and carpentry10+ years of management experience is requiredExperience with fire codes and OSHAExcellent communicationScheduling:Full-Time - Work hours are generally Monday through Friday 8:00am - 5:00pmOn-call rotated scheduleOur benefits include the following:Service excellence and fulfilling work environment401(k) plan and company matchHealth InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsuranceLife InsurancePaid Time OffSupplemental Insurance Plans AvailableTo learn more about the company, please visit our website at: https://www.perimeterhealthcare.comPerimeter Healthcare is one of the leading behavioral health care providers in the country for children, adolescents, adults, and senior adults.
