Routers - Switches - Chassis - Small Form Factor (SFF) switches - Wireless Access Points- Work with remote Level 2/Level 3 Network Teams to troubleshoot and resolve network incidents and outages.- Replace faulty copper/fiber cables and hardware components when required.- Install network hardware and patch cables to support new services.- Support hardware upgrades, including: -
