Bagels and help deliver fresh, high-quality bagels and baked goods to our guests every day! We're looking for reliable, hardworking individuals who understand the importance of consistency, food safety, and early morning teamwork.Position Summary:As a Baker at Einstein Bros. Bagels, you will be responsible for producing our signature bagels and bakery items to exact standards while maintaining a clean and safe work environment. You'll start your day early, ensuring our guests experience the warmth and freshness of products made with care and precision.Key Responsibilities:Baking & Food Quality:Bake bagels and other baked goods to company recipes, procedures, and timelines.Ensure all products meet quality standards in appearance, freshness, and taste.Monitor and rotate baked goods and ingredients to minimize waste and maximize freshness.Maintain accurate baking logs and documentation.Health, Safety & Cleanliness:Follow SNHD (Southern Nevada Health District) food safety protocols and all relevant local, state, and federal health codes.Keep baking area, ovens, utensils, and storage clean and sanitized throughout shifts.Use personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow all safety procedures to avoid burns, slips, or other hazards.Complete daily and weekly cleaning checklists and maintain required documentation.Team Collaboration & Store Support:Communicate clearly and respectfully with shift leads, managers, and fellow team members.Support café team during peak periods with restocking, prepping, or packaging when needed.Maintain a sense of urgency, focus, and attention to detail throughout each shift.Be flexible and willing to assist with other store duties when required.Qualifications:Must be at least 16 years of ageMust have a valid SNHD Food Handler's Card (NV health card)Ability to work early morning shifts (typically starting between 2:00–4:00 AM)Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periodsPrevious baking or food prep experience preferred, but not requiredWhat We're Looking For:A positive attitude and a strong work ethicAbility to work independently and efficiently in early morning hoursAttention to detail and consistency in following recipes and proceduresStrong time management and organization skillsA clean, professional appearance and commitment to food safety standardsA team player who takes pride in producing fresh, quality food for our guestsWhy You'll Love Working for Feel Good Brands:At Feel Good Brands, we care about our people just as much as we care about our guests.
