Join our team and start your journey today!\nData Analyst\nPosition Summary\nThe Data Analyst is responsible for designing, developing, and supporting reporting and analytics solutions that enable data-driven decision making across Copeland's business functions. This role partners closely with stakeholders throughout the organization to understand reporting needs, develop dashboards, and provide meaningful insights that improve operational performance.\nThe successful candidate will work with data from multiple enterprise systems, including Oracle ERP, Snowflake, and other business applications, to deliver reporting solutions that support manufacturing, supply chain, inventory, and business operations. This role offers significant autonomy and visibility across the organization while supporting Copeland's ongoing transition from Tableau to Sigma.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for business stakeholders.\nGather and analyze reporting requirements from users across multiple functional areas.\nExtract, transform, and analyze data from enterprise systems including Oracle ERP, Snowflake, and other business applications.\nDevelop reporting solutions that support operational, supply chain, inventory, and management decision-making.\nCreate executive-level dashboards and KPI reporting.\nMonitor and enhance existing reporting solutions to improve performance and usability.\nSupport the organization's migration from Tableau to Sigma reporting platforms.\nEnsure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reports and dashboards.\nManage multiple reporting requests while effectively prioritizing work and stakeholder needs.\nDocument reporting processes, business requirements, and analytical methodologies.\nCollaborate with IT and business teams to support reporting and analytics initiatives.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.\n2+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or a related role.\nExperience developing reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools such as Sigma, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.\nExperience working with enterprise data and ERP systems.\nStrong data analysis and problem-solving skills.\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills.\nAbility to communicate technical concepts to non-technical business users.\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Snowflake.\nExperience with Oracle ERP or other enterprise ERP systems such as SAP.\nManufacturing, distribution, inventory, or supply chain analytics experience.\nExperience supporting executive-level reporting and dashboards.\nKnowledge of SQL and data extraction techniques.\nExperience working in a highly collaborative, cross-functional environment.\nKey Competencies\nCustomer-focused mindset\nAnalytical thinking\nAttention to detail\nProblem solving\nBusiness acumen\nCommunication and relationship building\nTime management and prioritization\nCross-functional collaboration\nInitiative and self-direction\nContinuous improvement mindset\nOur Commitment to Our People\nAcross the globe, we are united by a singular Purpose: Sustainability is no small ambition.
